SENIOR DESIGNER – BRAND DESIGN AGENCY

We are currently looking for an ambitious and talented Senior Designer to join our clients TOP Brand Design Agency based in London. The ideal candidate will have a showstopping portfolio showcasing their inspiring designs aswell and explaining the full creative thought process with each brief they are given.

Working with a fantastic portfolio of clients your role as Senior Designer will include:

• Working in a fast-paced agency environment, designing independently or as part of a team depending on each project
• Creatively leading and presenting mid-sized projects
• Presenting your designs with confidence to the team and to clients with senior support.
• Producing an enormous amount of creative concepts for each presentation
• Questioning and challenging briefing documents
• Seeing each project through from conception to completion
• Making sure your voice is heard when inputting to each design critique
• Collaborating with client service’s peers
• Be actively interested in design strategy
• Driving to have your design chosen every time and helping to implement the winning design after
• Always wanting to act as a creative catalyst on each project, making sure to inspire your creative team
• Briefing illustrators, lettering artists and general suppliers
• Art direction of photo-shoots

Requirements for the role:

• Being able to develop and displace a thorough knowledge of digital software required in your role
• Accurate and on time completion of time sheets
• Commercial awareness
• TEAM player
• 5 year’s experience as a designer in an agency environment
• Great communication skills
