Great opportunity within a global innovation consulting firm. These guys don’t just focus on servicing one industry so you’ll have a lot of variety in this role. They specialise in innovation strategies for new products and services generating profitable growth for their clients.

You will work closely with an inspirational innovation director, and join a talented team of strategists, idea developers, and designers who are leaders in their space. Everyday will be different as you’ll contribute to brand identity systems, strategic development and design of digital and physical products, product packaging solutions and experiential experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

• Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various innovation projects and oversee them to completion
• Collaborate with external design resources
• Translate innovation strategies into clear design principles / strategies
• Create unique product, service and customer experience solutions which include UX & UI design, brand identity and visual systems, product design and service design
• Participate in design reviews with overseas offices

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience working on innovation projects
• Minimum 4 + year’s experience
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• A natural storyteller
• Strong understanding of UX / UI
• Confident leadership and organisational skills
• Be able to take on strategic projects but also role your sleeves up and enjoy being hands
• BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an asset
