About the Role
As a Service Designer you will play a critical role in the solutions team through supporting projects on existing clients through customer experience solution design and consulting that will accelerate achievement of business outcomes.
You will design compelling, omni-channel customer experiences for clients that leverage technology to drive CX and EX outcomes whilst controlling the cost to serve.

What you’ll do

· Provide Human Centered Design expertise through consulting services

· Design service solutions that incorporates leading edge technology, customer experience innovation and design thinking concepts and techniques

· Foster relationships within the wider company to enable the best solutions possible

· Design and deploy customer experience road maps

What you’ll bring

· Best practice knowledge and application of concepts such as Design Thinking and Customer Journey Mapping as well as consulting methodologies

· Solid understanding of contact centre operations and technology related to all channels of customer experience

· Superior stakeholder management at all levels of the organisation

· Agile methodologies or other problem solving techniques

· Abstract thinking – ability to connect the dots across complex concepts
