About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing, social-first agency working with creators across international markets.

You’ll sit at the centre of creator success – managing relationships, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

This is part relationship manager, part operator, part problem-solver.

You’ll:

Own onboarding and offboarding of creators
Act as the main point of contact for creator communication
Manage ongoing relationships and weekly check-ins
Coordinate across internal teams to ensure delivery stays on track
Spot and resolve issues before they escalate
Report on creator performance, sentiment, and overall health
