About the Role:
The CX Strategist will play a key role in shaping customer and digital experience strategies for major clients. The role involves managing engagements, driving strategic insights, and leading small teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver CX and digital strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Lead or support teams in developing CX frameworks and roadmaps.
  • Translate research and insights into actionable business recommendations.

Ideal Profile:

  • 3-7 years’ experience in CX strategy, digital strategy, or management consulting.
  • Proven ability to manage clients and lead small teams.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Experience in customer strategy, digital transformation, or CX operating models preferred.
