About the Role:
The CX Strategist will play a key role in shaping customer and digital experience strategies for major clients. The role involves managing engagements, driving strategic insights, and leading small teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver CX and digital strategies aligned with client goals.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Lead or support teams in developing CX frameworks and roadmaps.
- Translate research and insights into actionable business recommendations.
Ideal Profile:
- 3-7 years’ experience in CX strategy, digital strategy, or management consulting.
- Proven ability to manage clients and lead small teams.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Experience in customer strategy, digital transformation, or CX operating models preferred.
