Cyber Response Lead

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Cyber Response professional to step into a technical leadership role within a high-performing enterprise security team.

This role is ideal for a hands-on incident response specialist ready to lead major cyber incidents, mentor analysts, and drive uplift across detection and response capability.

As Cyber Response Lead, you will:

• Lead response to cyber security threats, vulnerabilities and major incidents
• Act as technical lead during high-severity security events
• Provide operational leadership and mentoring to Cyber Security Analysts
• Conduct threat hunting and forensic investigations
• Drive continuous improvement across detection, mitigation and response strategies
• Contribute to purple team exercises and adversary simulation activities
• Translate technical cyber risks into clear business impacts

You will bring:

• Extensive hands-on experience in incident response, threat hunting and digital forensics
• Strong technical depth across security operations environments
• Experience working within complex enterprise or regulated environments
• Exposure to cloud security technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP or similar)
• The ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Cyber Security or Computer Science
• Certifications such as GCFA, GCIH, GREM, GCSA or CISSP (highly regarded)
