We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join a high-impact People & Culture data team, supporting workforce insights and evidence-based decision making across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex datasets, partnering with stakeholders, and turning data into clear, actionable insights.
What you’ll be doing

Collecting, managing and analysing P&C data from multiple sources, with a strong focus on Workday

Building and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports to support business decision-making

Developing and maintaining Alteryx workflows, ensuring continuity and data reliability

Running data quality checks to ensure accuracy, integrity and consistency

Partnering closely with P&C teams and broader business units to understand data needs

Supporting access management and “front door” data queries

Balancing competing priorities while managing stakeholder expectations and delivery timelines
-
Ensuring data handling complies with security, privacy and organisational policies
-
Contributing to continuous improvement and best practice across the data function
What you’ll bring

Strong experience working with Workday data

Hands-on expertise with Tableau and Alteryx

Proven ability to analyse and interpret complex datasets

Confidence engaging with stakeholders and translating requirements into insights

Strong attention to detail and data governance mindset

Experience with One Model (desirable, not essential)
