Demand Generation Manager/Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager (f/m/d) – DACH – (Fluent German) – €55-60K

This is a remote first role, applicants that live in either Austria or Germany will only be considered

My client is an established B2B SaaS business that target SMBs to Enterprise – the leader in the DACH region for what they do… The team is growing and as a result; we’re looking for a digitally focused Marketing Manager with a strong demand generation mindset – someone who knows how to turn attention into interest, interest into leads, and leads into real pipeline.

You own:

• Demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, email & automation
• Website and landing pages built to convert (SEO, UX, CRO)
• Lead funnels from first click to qualified opportunity
• Copy that sparks interest and drives action
• CRM-driven lead nurturing and scoring
• Tight alignment with sales on lead quality & pipeline impact
• A/B testing ads, messages, CTAs and page structures
• Performance tracking, insights & continuous optimization
• Campaign support for webinars, content launches & partners

Experience Needed:

• Have 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience with strong exposure to SaaS or tech industries
• Fluency in German is a MUST, plus good level English
• Think in funnels, MQLs, SQLs and conversion rates
• Know your SEO basics and love clean structures
• Write sharp, persuasive, customer-focused copy
• Use data to decide what to scale – and what to kill
• Prefer action over perfection
• Enjoy ownership, autonomy and fast-paced environments.
