Digital Content Coordinator

Location: Burwood

Permanent full-time role

Work arrangements: On-site

Our client has one of the longest histories of being a trusted voice in the Australian medical industry and is a small, closed knit team. They are passionate about ongoing healthcare professional development for GPs across Australia providing high-quality podcasts, webcasts, learning modules, and video content.

Role summary

This role will initially focus on several high-priority digital content projects before transitioning into the broader Marketing Communications team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating content activities with more than medical not-for-profit organisations, helping to source, create and distribute valuable educational content across multiple digital channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys project management, content creation, stakeholder engagement and digital media production within a purpose-driven organisation.

What will you be doing?

Content Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with over medical not-for-profit organisations.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders through regular communication to identify, source and coordinate relevant digital content opportunities.

Digital Content Projects

  • Lead and coordinate key strategic digital content initiatives, including:
  • Micro-learning content programs
  • Podcast production and distribution
  • Short-form video content

Video & Multimedia Production

  • Work closely with professional videographers and production partners to coordinate the creation of engaging short-form video content.
  • Assist with content planning, production scheduling, approvals and publishing.

Podcast & Channel Management

  • Coordinate podcast production workflows from planning through to publication.
  • Support guest management, scheduling and content preparation.
  • Assist with podcast promotion and audience growth initiatives.

Community & Channel Growth

  • Help build and nurture online communities across relevant social and digital channels.
  • Coordinate content distribution across: Website, Podcasts, Webinars, Social media channels and other digital marketing platforms

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience coordinating or project managing digital marketing, content or communications projects.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating digital content across multiple channels.

Desired skills

  • Experience working alongside video content production or multimedia projects.
  • Experience managing social media communities and audience engagement.
  • Experience within healthcare, education, professional services, Agency or not-for-profit sectors.
