We are partnering with a high-growth technology company operating at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and the creator economy. As the business scales its brand and performance marketing efforts, they are looking to hire a Digital Designer to own and elevate visual storytelling across paid and organic digital channels. This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong aesthetic taste with performance instincts, someone who understands not just how things look, but how they perform in fast-moving digital environments.
The Role
As Digital Designer, you will be the visual engine behind how the brand shows up across campaigns, platforms, and touchpoints. You’ll work closely with marketing, growth, and content teams to produce high-impact creative, from short-form video and motion graphics to static campaign assets, that is clear, compelling, and conversion-driven. This is a hands-on role for a designer who thrives in high-growth environments, moves quickly between formats, and is excited by experimentation, iteration, and scale.
Key Responsibilities
Video & Motion Design
- Concept, edit, and produce short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid media.
- Create motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, and branded effects that enhance storytelling and visual consistency.
- Partner with growth and performance teams to test, iterate, and optimize video assets based on engagement and conversion data.
Marketing Asset Production
- Design a wide range of digital marketing assets, including:
- Paid social and display advertising
- Email and lifecycle campaign visuals
- Landing page imagery and conversion assets
- Organic social content and campaign graphics
- Event, launch, and announcement collateral
- Translate creative briefs into visually strong, performance-minded assets with clear intent and stopping power.
Brand Consistency & Visual Direction
- Act as a steward of the brand’s visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Balance creativity with consistency, ensuring assets align with brand guidelines while still feeling fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to adapt creative approaches for different audience segments.
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system as campaigns and channels scale.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Portfolio
- 5+ years of experience in a digital or marketing-focused design role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video, motion, and digital marketing assets, particularly for social and performance channels.
- Experience working in tech, media, or high-growth startup environments is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in motion and video tools (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut).
- Strong command of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Comfort moving between video, motion, and static formats with speed and precision.
Creative & Performance Mindset
- Excellent visual taste across typography, layout, animation, and storytelling.
- Understanding of performance-driven design and how creative impacts engagement and conversion.
- Comfortable iterating quickly, incorporating feedback, and optimizing creative for results.
Ways You’ll Stand Out
- Experience designing for AI, SaaS, or creator tools.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and creative performance frameworks.
- Photography or on-set video production experience.
