Overview:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join a fast-paced FMCG environment and help bring digital campaigns to life across multiple channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that digital marketing is more than just posting on Instagram. You’ll be involved in email marketing, digital triggers, traffic generation, paid media, content and campaign performance, working closely with Marketing, Sales and creative teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, search and other digital channels
- Create, manage and send emailers and email campaigns
- Support digital triggers, automated campaigns and customer journeys
- Drive traffic and engagement to digital platforms through targeted campaigns
- Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google and LinkedIn
- Work with creative teams on content for social media, email, websites and digital campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
- Analyse results and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI
- Research audiences, trends and new digital opportunities
- Manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 2+ years’ digital marketing experience, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong hands-on experience with email marketing and campaign execution
- Experience with digital triggers, marketing automation or customer journeys
- Understanding of traffic acquisition and digital campaign performance
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and/or LinkedIn Ads
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Strong content and copywriting skills
- Analytical, proactive and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
