Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Cape Town, Hybrid
Salary: Up to R75 000 CTC
Digital Marketing Manager needed for a leading organisation in the performance, learning, and talent-development space. This organisation helps businesses enhance people capability and drive meaningful transformation and is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong B2B background to join their marketing team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, email campaigns, marketing automation (preferably HubSpot), analytics, and LinkedIn advertising. Experience managing a webmaster or social media administrator is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute B2B digital marketing campaigns across SEO, email, and LinkedIn.
- Manage HubSpot automation, workflows, segmentation, and reporting.
- Oversee website performance and support webmaster-related tasks.
- Track, analyse, and report on digital metrics and performance insights.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders in Event Marketing, Content Marketing, and Design.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience in SEO, email marketing, analytics, LinkedIn advertising, and marketing automation. HubSpot proficiency preferred.
- Highly analytical, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented.
- Self-starter who can work independently in a virtual-first environment.
- Experience managing webmasters or social media administrators is a plus.
