Overview:
A leading property group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive performance marketing and build intelligent, automated lead generation systems that directly impact revenue.
This is a high-impact, dual-focus role combining paid media execution with CRM and marketing automation expertise. It sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, ensuring not only that leads are generated, but that they are qualified, routed and converted efficiently through well-designed systems.
Operating in a performance-driven environment, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of digital marketing; From running campaigns and optimising funnels to building scalable workflows that improve speed, quality and conversion. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how leads flow through the business, leveraging data, automation and insight to drive measurable outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting and creative testing
- Continuously improve campaign performance across key metrics such as cost per lead and conversion rates
- Design, build and maintain automated workflows within Salesforce
- Develop end-to-end lead pipelines from capture through to first contact and handover
- Implement lead scoring models, routing logic and automation triggers
- Ensure seamless integration between marketing platforms and CRM systems
- Build and optimise high-performing lead generation funnels
- Improve lead quality through targeting, messaging and continuous data feedback
- Ensure fast and efficient lead response times through automation and system design
- Develop and implement SEO strategies across on-page, technical and content elements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with strong focus on Meta and Google Ads
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including workflow building and automation
- Experience building and optimising automated lead management systems
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and implementation
- Experience in campaign optimisation and performance analytics
- Experience with CRM integration, tracking and attribution
