Director Technical Program Management (EMIRATI)

We’re looking for a highly experienced and strategically driven Director – Technical Program Management. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can define execution strategy, lead complex technology initiatives, and ensure seamless delivery across multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the overall execution strategy for large-scale, multi-stream technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational and product priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of critical initiatives across engineering, product, and design functions, ensuring consistent execution and high-quality outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional and executive-level alignment, acting as the key coordination point between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Provide senior technical oversight by evaluating system designs, identifying risks early, and guiding teams toward effective and scalable solutions.
• Build and scale program management frameworks, governance models, and delivery standards to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to strengthen discovery, planning, and backlog readiness for successful execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or related senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex technology programs in fast-moving, innovation-focused environments.
• Strong technical foundation (engineering background highly preferred) with the ability to engage in architectural and AI/technical discussions.
• Experience operating at senior leadership level and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong ability to manage ambiguity, scale processes, and lead high-performing teams.
• Solid understanding of modern AI systems and technical delivery frameworks.
