Technical Business Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Cards System Analyst with strong Credit Card/Debit Card domain knowledge to join our team.

This role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting requirements, solution design, integrations, testing, and delivery for card-related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, document and validate business and functional requirements
• Prepare functional specifications, system flows, interface definitions and data mappings
• Perform impact analysis for system changes and enhancements
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, architecture, security and operations teams
• Support SIT, UAT and regression testing and coordinate defect resolution
• Work with external vendors and third-party system providers
• Prepare solution and architecture documentation
• Ensure solutions align with security, compliance and audit requirements, including PCI DSS

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Credit Card or Debit Card systems
• Good understanding of the card transaction lifecycle, including card issuance, authorization, clearing and settlement
• Experience with card scheme integrations, card controls and digital/customer servicing workflows
• Hands-on experience with card management systems such as WAY4, First Vision, or similar platforms
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills using Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Postman
• Experience with Oracle WebLogic/WebSphere
• Exposure to AWS and/or Azure, including cloud-hosted applications and hybrid environments
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
