Director of Information Technology

This is a senior leadership role responsible for the technology strategy, delivery and operations across a large entertainment business, acting as the key link between the business and technology teams. Experience in the entertainment industry is essential here.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Owning the technology strategy and investment portfolio across entertainment operations
• Leading major transformation programmes and technology initiatives
• Overseeing customer-facing platforms including ticketing, booking, POS, CRM, loyalty and digital signage
• Driving architecture, systems integration and service operations
• Ensuring technology delivers measurable improvements across customer experience, revenue and operational efficiency
• Working closely with executive leadership and senior business stakeholders
• Leading teams, budgets and multiple technology programmes simultaneously

We’re looking for someone with:

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience
• Strong experience within entertainment, hospitality, retail or other high-volume customer-facing environments
• Proven ownership of enterprise technology portfolios and large transformation programmes
• Strong exposure to customer-facing applications and operational technology
• Experience across enterprise architecture, programme management, applications and IT operations
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and leadership capability
