Job Title: Senior Brand Designer (possibly Midweight)

Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 (£50-£55k for a MW)

Location: Shoreditch

Work Pattern: Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office

Our client is a multi award-winning independent creative studio specialising in branding and go-to-market campaigns. Working across technology, beauty and entertainment, they help ambitious challenger brands punch above their weight through high-quality strategic and creative work.

Following a number of recent client wins, they’re entering an exciting growth phase. Despite their success, they’ve retained the energy, personality and close-knit culture of a smaller agency. It’s a genuinely social environment where ideas are shared openly, collaboration is encouraged, and people are trusted to make a meaningful impact.

They’re now looking for a Senior Brand Designer, although they’re equally open to a hungry and ambitious Midweight Designer who’s ready to take the next step. What matters most is strong brand identity creation experience, a curious mindset and a desire to help shape great work.

The Role

You’ll play a key role across a mix of long-term brand development projects and fast-paced go-to-market creative work. Working closely with the Creative Directors and wider team, you’ll help create distinctive visual identities, develop robust design systems and bring brands to life across multiple channels.

This is a hands-on creative position with genuine scope to influence both client work and the future direction of the agency. With a significant volume of new projects coming through the door, there’s plenty of opportunity to make your mark.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop brand identities from concept through to execution
• Build and evolve design systems, guidelines and visual frameworks
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns across digital, social, OOH, print and activation
• Design assets for both brand-building and go-to-market activity
• Present ideas and creative rationale to colleagues and clients
• Contribute to internal agency marketing, case studies and creative initiatives
• Proactively identify new ways to help clients stand out and grow

About You

• Experienced in creating and developing strong brand identities
• Either an established Senior Designer or an ambitious Midweight ready to step up
• Comfortable taking projects from initial idea through to final delivery
• Passionate about design craft, brand building and creative problem solving
• Committed to a research-led, collaborative and innovative creative process
• Confident working closely with clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong skills across Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Organised, proactive and happy operating within a growing agency environment
• Experience working with technology clients would be highly advantageous
