A leading Microsoft Partner in Dubai, specializing in Dynamics 365 CRM & Dynamics Business Central, is looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Solution Architect to join their team on a 6-month contract.

This role is ideal for a hands-on architect who can bridge business requirements and technical delivery while working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams across multiple Dynamics platforms.

Key Requirements:

Strong experience as a Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Solution Architect
Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules
Experience working with Microsoft Partners
Solid understanding of integrations, Power Platform, and data architecture
Experience working within the UAE
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Own the solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and enhancements
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure Dynamics CRM solutions
Lead functional and technical design workshops with clients
Provide architectural guidance across integrations, customizations, security, and data models
Collaborate with consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure best-practice delivery
Support pre-sales or solution design discussions where required
