Role Purpose:

The Solution Architect will represent Platform X technical interests, own and evolve the technology-neutral architecture across the Data, Intelligence, Operations, and Experience layers, and support implementation partner evaluation and delivery preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve Platform X technology architecture across Data, Intelligence, Operations, and Experience layers.
  • Lead technical evaluation of implementation partner RFP responses against capability, interoperability, scalability, implementation complexity, security, regulatory compliance, total cost of ownership, and fit with existing technology landscape.
  • Safeguard the data hierarchy covering Unified Member Record, Member 360, and Health Passport principles.
  • Act as internal technical counterpart to the selected implementation partner and validate proposed architecture against requirements.
  • Define integration requirements with command-centre and urgent-care related partners, where applicable and NDA-gated.
  • Translate BRD and scenario library requirements into implementable technical architecture in coordination with the Senior Business Analyst.
  • Support procurement and legal teams on technical due diligence, conflict-of-interest boundaries, and vendor/subcontractor evaluation matters.

Minimum Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 8+ years of enterprise solution architecture experience.
  • At least 3 years designing or delivering large-scale healthcare, insurance, or premium/concierge service platforms.
  • Experience with major healthcare cloud ecosystems such as Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare / Azure Health Data Services, Google Cloud Healthcare, Salesforce Health Cloud, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of FHIR-based clinical data standards, interoperability patterns, unified data models, and healthcare data architecture.
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven decision support combined with human-in-the-loop clinical or service workflows.
  • Familiarity with UAE healthcare data regulations such as PDPL, DHA, DOH or equivalent international healthcare data protection regimes.
  • Experience in formal RFP technical evaluations for large technology or system integration programs.
  • Ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and explain technical trade-offs in business language.
