My client are one of the most exciting AI companies in the region. They are looking for an outstanding EA to join their growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive‑level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Arrange international and domestic travel, ensuring seamless itineraries and visa arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, reports, and presentations; take accurate minutes during high‑level meetings.
  • Liaise professionally with senior executives, board members, government officials, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage confidential documentation and information with absolute discretion.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and special projects as required by the CEO.
  • Oversee all office administration functions, including facilities management, procurement, office supplies, and vendor management.
  • Handle expense reporting, procurement, and day‑to‑day office operations for the executive office.
  • Anticipate a the needs of the CEO, providing proactive and efficient support at all times.
