Our client is a leading global maintenance & construction company experiencing significant growth across Australia and New Zealand.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Electrical Estimator to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering accurate, competitive, and strategic electrical estimates across a diverse portfolio of projects in Victoria.

As the Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for electrical projects, ensuring accuracy, profitability, and alignment with client requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing detailed electrical estimates and tender submissions
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
• Conducting take-offs and pricing labour, materials, and subcontractors
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Identifying project risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions
• Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams
• Supporting bid strategy and tender presentations
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the construction or building services industry
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and project delivery
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
