I am working with Big 4 Consultancy, who are looking for an experienced Electricity Utility Expert to play a key role in shaping and optimizing the performance of large-scale power systems.

This role is ideal for a senior professional with a deep understanding of the full electricity network lifecycle, from generation to transmission and distribution, who is passionate about driving operational excellence and reliability across critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives across power generation, transmission, and distribution networks to enhance system performance and resilience.
• Implement asset health monitoring, outage management, and reliability improvement programs for electrical networks.
• Develop and execute optimized maintenance and replacement strategies for high-value electrical assets.
• Ensure compliance with energy network standards and drive adoption of condition-based maintenance frameworks.
• Oversee Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system integration to enable data-driven decision-making and predictive maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and technology teams to achieve efficiency, reliability, and sustainability goals.

About You:

• 15-20 years of proven experience within the electricity utility sector or power infrastructure industry.
• Deep technical expertise in asset performance management, network operations, and electrical systems reliability.
• Strong working knowledge of industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and modern EAM tools.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
