My client, a Big 4 Consultancy are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate ESG Analyst to join their team and support the development of sustainability reporting and ESG initiatives for clients in the energy sector.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for collecting and analyzing ESG data, aligning with global reporting frameworks, and contributing to high-quality sustainability disclosures that drive transparency and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and analyze ESG and sustainability data from multiple sources.
- Support the preparation and drafting of sustainability and ESG reports in line with global standards.
- Research industry best practices and emerging sustainability trends to inform reporting and strategy.
- Ensure compliance with relevant ESG regulations in Egypt and alignment with international frameworks such as GRI and IFRS S1 & S2.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance ESG performance and reporting quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ESG reporting, data collection, and analysis.
- Strong understanding of GRI Standards and IFRS S1 & S2 disclosure frameworks.
- Familiarity with the energy sector and its sustainability challenges.
- Knowledge of ESG regulations and reporting requirements in Egypt.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
