SALT is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Marketing Specialist to support our APAC mid-market sales and marketing teams. This role is focused on execution excellence-bringing marketing programs to life, coordinating activities across the region, and ensuring the seamless delivery of campaigns that drive pipeline growth and support sales success.
This is a contract role based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Support the execution of field marketing programs aligned with regional and global business priorities.
- Coordinate marketing activities, including events, campaigns, webinars, and sales initiatives.
- Manage program logistics such as scheduling, venue coordination, travel arrangements, vendor management, and event execution.
- Ensure all marketing assets and communications are consistent with brand and messaging guidelines.
Sales & Marketing Support
- Partner closely with regional sales teams to support pipeline generation and deal acceleration initiatives.
- Prepare, coordinate, and distribute sales and marketing collateral for customer engagement activities.
- Help ensure marketing campaigns are executed effectively across multiple APAC markets.
Marketing Operations, Budget & Reporting
- Maintain accurate campaign and customer data within CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Track campaign execution and support reporting on program performance and key marketing metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy to enable reliable reporting and business insights.
- Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and marketing expenditure.
- Ensure marketing activities comply with internal operational processes and company policies.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with external agencies, event partners, and vendors to support successful program delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Build strong working relationships across internal and external teams to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, marketing operations, or a related role, preferably within SaaS, technology, or enterprise organizations.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, webinars, or demand generation initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams). Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and regional teams.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience working across APAC markets is preferred.
- Additional Asian language proficiency (such as Korean) is an advantage.
