Accounting & Finance Manager
Salary: R42,500 per month
Location: Remote (US-based company)
Employment Type: Full-time

A growing international software and cybersecurity business is seeking an Accounting & Finance Manager to take ownership of day-to-day accounting and finance operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys combining accurate financial control with analysis and operational responsibility in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting operations including AP, AR, expenses, and reconciliations

• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting

• Perform financial analysis and budget vs actual reporting

• Coordinate with external accountants on tax, audit, and month-end close

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in accounting or finance operations

• Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks

• Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Additional Details:

• Fully remote

• Company hours roughly 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM US time (flexible)
