Our client, a leading player in the regional travel and transport sector, is looking for a Finance Business Partner Manager to join their dynamic finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a core business division, delivering strategic financial support to drive commercial performance, guide investment decisions, and support long-term planning.

As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you’ll bring together data, insight, and strategy to support key initiatives and influence financial outcomes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary finance contact for your division, providing insight into performance, forecasts, and key financial drivers

Build and present management reports for monthly business reviews with senior stakeholders

Drive and manage the budgeting process, consolidating inputs, analyzing variances, and preparing submissions

Develop and maintain financial models to assess business plans, investments, and strategic initiatives

Support rolling forecasts, current year outlooks, and multi-year planning cycles

Work with cross-functional teams to align operational plans with financial goals

Contribute to system upgrades and automation projects, improving data quality and reporting efficiency

Provide analytical support for business cases and help shape financial narratives for leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

3+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering

Proven skills in building financial models and analyzing complex data sets

Advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI and Tableau

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities

Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple priorities
