Financial Accountant
Location: Cape Town, Hybrid (3 days in office)
Salary: R50 000 – R55 000 per month

We are recruiting for a UK-based marketing agency that works with international clients across creative and digital projects. The business operates in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on accurate reporting and financial control.

The role:
This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented accountant to take ownership of day-to-day finance while supporting reporting, analysis, and month-end processes. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing financial records, including AP and AR
• Performing reconciliations and supporting month-end close
• Preparing management accounts and financial reports
• Supporting audits, compliance, and financial controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-5 years’ experience in an accounting role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with accounting systems (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks or similar)
• Good Excel skills and strong attention to detail
