We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End React Developer to join an exciting digital transformation initiative for a leading Dubai government organization.
This role offers the opportunity to work on the complete rebuild of a large-scale, complex digital platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop scalable, responsive, and accessible front-end components with React.js.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver pixel-perfect, user-friendly interfaces.
Translate design mockups and wireframes into optimized, high-quality code.
Maintain and evolve the design system and component libraries for consistency.
Ensure best practices in testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Integrate seamlessly with backend APIs and services.
Ensure compliance with cross-browser compatibility and WCAG accessibility standards.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
6-8 years of proven front-end development experience, with strong expertise in React.js.
Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS).
Experience with RESTful APIs, Redux/Context API, and Git.
Solid background in responsive, mobile-first development.
Knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility standards.
Previous experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with Figma, Zeplin, or Storybook is an advantage.
Experience working within large, complex organizations-government sector preferred.
Exposure to real estate services projects is a plus.
