Graphic Designer

Supporting the Retail function on delivering best in class merchandise by designing product that
enhances the guest experience.

Accountable for the design of multi category retail merchandise, signage and packaging.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a collaborative approach both internally and externally.
• Team player mindset.
• Design and develop a wide variety of consumer products ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and strong user experience across all product types.
• Accountable for visual mock up creation to be used for retail product development across the entities
• Conduct market research to identify trends and generate innovative product design concepts.
• Created high-quality digital and print drawings for fully functional retail products.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to conceptualize and deliver compelling product designs aligned asset brand guidelines.
• Set design requirements based n detailed briefs from internal teams and external partners.
• Research and select suitable materials, production methods, and design techniques to enhance product quality and feasibility.
• Develop packaging designs that reinforced brand identity and enhanced product presentation.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years in product design
• Multi brand and category retail experience is a must.
• IP brand experience
• Experience using CAD programs, illustrator or Sketch.
