⏳ 12-month initial contract – with extensions

My client are experiencing a sustained increase in fast-paced consulting projects, many of which require high-quality Arabic-language proposals and digital content delivered on tight timelines. To strengthen their creative capacity and maintain delivery excellence, they are looking for an experienced Senior Motion Graphics & Digital Designer to join their team.

This role is critical in supporting high-impact consulting engagements, elevating proposal quality, and ensuring we can confidently meet growing demand without compromise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on creative support across multiple consulting projects, with a strong focus on advanced motion graphics, video, and digital content.
• Manage up to three concurrent projects, particularly those requiring complex creative solutions and high-impact visual outputs.
• Lead the development of digital enhancements and video production for both client-facing proposals and internal initiatives.
• Act as a creative lead and mentor, guiding team members, sharing best practices, and introducing new digital and motion-led approaches.
• Ensure all deliverables meet evolving client expectations, brand standards, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and process improvements, helping drive innovation, efficiency, and scalability.
• Absorb high-complexity and digital-heavy workstreams to reduce declined or minimally supported requests.
• Support the Activation Hub’s long-term capability building and maintain its competitive edge in creative consulting services.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in motion graphics, video production, and digital design, ideally within consulting, agency, or fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with experience producing Arabic-language creative content.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in relevant design and motion tools (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite).
• A collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead creatively and mentor others.
• High attention to detail and a passion for delivering polished, high-impact work.
