Growth Marketing Lead, Berlin (hybrid / remote), Prop Tech, €100-120K

We’re looking for a growth marketing leader to partner closely with the CMO and drive performance across Germany and international markets.

This role is heavily focused on paid media, but requires a full-funnel mindset.

You’ll:

• Own acquisition strategy and execution
• Manage and scale significant budgets
• Lead a test-and-learn approach to growth
• Dive deep into performance data and insights

We’re looking for someone who:

• Brings strong paid media expertise
• Understands D2C / performance-driven models
• Thrives in fast-paced, scale-up environments
• Is highly analytical and commercially driven
