Our client is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who will be the engine behind the clients growth, where the ideal candidate will drive results by:

Taking full autonomy to launch, QA, and refine campaigns across Meta, Google and Tiktok.
Managing precise budget pacing and allocation to ensure every dollar is invested effectively against client goals.
Managing client expectations proactively and acting as a strategic partner. You set the context and ensure the client always knows what to expect.
Collaborating with creatives and leveraging your relationships with platform reps to access new features first.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing and have a track record of driving measurable growth with Meta, Google, or TikTok Ads.
You have a strong business acumen, allowing you to understand how campaign levers impact the wider business.
Comfortable managing strict budget pacing and have strong measurement fluency (understanding attribution, tracking, and reporting nuances).
You turn CAC, ROAS, and complex metrics into clear stories clients understand and act on.
