Head of Information Technology

We are partnering with a high-growth, cloud-first organisation in Riyadh to appoint a Head of IT to lead and evolve their corporate technology function.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping IT direction, driving operational excellence, and ensuring technology enables business growth in a SaaS-driven, digitally native environment.

The Role

You will own the end-to-end IT function, balancing day-to-day operations with long-term strategy. This includes overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery, vendor management, and IT governance, while aligning closely with business objectives and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute IT strategy aligned to business and digital transformation goals
• Lead IT operations, ensuring reliability across systems, networks, and collaboration tools
• Drive automation and optimisation across SaaS platforms and internal processes
• Oversee IT service management, SLAs, and service desk performance
• Establish and lead cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management frameworks
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, and procurement lifecycle
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years in IT, with strong leadership experience across strategy, operations, and security
• Proven background in cloud-native, SaaS-first environments
• Experience driving IT transformation, automation, and ERP integration
• Strong understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks
• Hands-on exposure to tools such as Google Workspace, IAM platforms, and modern DevOps practices
• Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at C-level
