Role Overview
My client is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead all marketing strategy, brand development, campaign execution, performance marketing, and budget management. This role will guide a growing team and shape the company’s position as a leading solution within its target industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the company’s brand identity and positioning.
  • Create and implement strategic marketing plans, including promotional calendars, product/service launches, and major campaigns.
  • Develop innovative approaches to expand market share and drive brand visibility.
  • Build and manage annual marketing budgets.
  • Oversee advertising, PR, social media, and event initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
  • Negotiate with media and external partners to secure favourable contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, customer success, and PR teams to align all brand activities.
  • Manage agencies, freelancers, and external suppliers.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team.
  • Oversee all digital channels, including the company website, ensuring strong performance reporting.
  • Build and optimise performance marketing strategies to drive measurable results.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 4+ years in a marketing management role with direct team leadership.
  • Strong experience in B2B marketing; SaaS experience preferred.
  • Start-up or high-growth environment experience is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in data-driven decision making and performance reporting at leadership level.
  • Experience developing and executing brand strategy beyond design elements.
  • Confident managing key stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in the FinTech sector is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
