Job Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle international recruitment operations.
Oversee requirement analysis from 30+ active hire monthly.
Develop recruitment strategies to meet tech hiring targets.
Ensure timely mobilization and deployment of candidates.
Monitor sourcing channels across UAE, US, India
Ensure compliance with local and overseas recruiting regulations.
Build strong international recruitment partnerships.
Ensure quality control and screening standards are maintained.
