Key experience:
- Experience working as a senior product leader in large scale, complex organisations/environments
- Experience in both building and evolving internal platforms and shared services, not solely end-user features
- Proven experience owning and scaling data platforms
- Strong software and technical fluency and the ability to liaise intimately with UX, Engineering and Architecture
- Experience in large-scale matrix organisations operating and delivering against high-volume, mission-critical data systems
- Adept at balancing team management with product strategy and long-term platform vision.
