Head of Sales Europe (All Genders)
Location:
Munich, Berlin, Remote (Germany)

The Role:
* Lead the European sales strategy and execution for enterprise SaaS solutions in the sustainability and climate tech space
* Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple countries
* Drive revenue growth and expand market presence across Europe, focusing on the DACH region
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, managing the full sales cycle
* Develop and monitor KPIs, pipeline, and revenue metrics to ensure performance targets are met
* Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align offerings with market needs
The Requirements:
* Proven senior sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in cleantech, energy, sustainability, or ESG
* Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling revenue across Europe
* Experience managing and developing cross-border teams in high-growth environments
* Native-level German with professional proficiency in English
* Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, value-based selling, and complex deal structuring
* Familiarity with climate tech, carbon management, ESG reporting, or sustainability platforms is highly advantageous
* Highly organized, strategic thinker, and capable of adapting to a fast-paced start-up environment
* Willingness to travel regularly between Munich, Berlin, and client locations

* 2nd: Panel interview with Sales Leadership and Cross-functional Stakeholders
* 3rd: Final interview with Senior Leadership
