My client is a leading tech business in the UAE. They are looking for an outstanding HRBP to join the team.
Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Leadership Support
* Act as first point of contact for People Managers on leadership, performance, and people topics
* Coach and support managers on team development, feedback, and decision-making
* Support organizational design, role clarity, and team effectiveness initiatives
* Partner with leadership on scaling topics (structure, capability, succession, engagement)
* Challenge constructively when HR standards or company principles are at risk
Performance, Organization & Culture
* Drive performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, development plans)
* Support managers in translating business goals into clear team objectives
* Contribute to defining and embedding company principles and leadership behaviors
* Support culture initiatives including engagement, recognition, and communication rhythms
* Help prepare the organization for Great Place to Work certification 2027
People Operations & Standards
* Ensure consistent HR standards across teams in collaboration with HR Generalist
* Support employee relations topics and sensitive cases when needed
* Partner with Director P&C on policies, frameworks, and HR governance
* Contribute to building scalable HR processes (onboarding, feedback, development, rewards)
Talent & Growth
* Partner with Recruiter & EB Specialist on hiring strategy and manager readiness
* Support talent reviews, internal mobility, and development planning
* Contribute to employer branding and leadership hiring quality
Strategic HR Projects
* Support the Director People & Culture on key People & Organization initiatives such as:
o Leadership capability building
o Org design and role clarity
o Total Rewards frameworks
o DEI awareness and inclusion initiatives
o HR maturity and operational excellence
* Be comfortable working in an environment where not everything is defined yet
