We are partnering with a high-growth technology company operating at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and the creator economy. As the business continues to scale globally, they are looking to hire a HubSpot Manager to own, architect, and evolve their HubSpot ecosystem across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations. This is a highly technical, strategic role suited to someone who goes far beyond day-to-day CRM administration. You will design the systems, automations, and integrations that power revenue growth, data integrity, and cross-functional efficiency at scale.
The Role
As HubSpot Manager, you will be the technical owner and subject matter expert for the HubSpot platform. You will define the roadmap, build scalable architecture, and implement advanced automations and integrations that support a fast-moving, multi-team organization. You will work closely with executive leadership, revenue teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure HubSpot operates as a true growth engine, not just a database.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Strategy & Platform Architecture
- Own and execute the strategic roadmap for HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs.
- Design and maintain scalable CRM architecture, including custom objects, data models, and governance frameworks.
- Act as the primary technical authority for all HubSpot initiatives, enhancements, and escalations.
Technical Development & Integrations
- Lead the development and maintenance of custom API integrations between HubSpot and other core business systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations, diving deep into technical workflows when issues arise.
- Build custom-coded workflows, serverless functions, and advanced automations beyond no-code capabilities.
- Evaluate, scope, and implement third-party tools within the HubSpot ecosystem.
Platform Management & Optimization
- Oversee end-to-end HubSpot administration to ensure performance, reliability, and strong user adoption.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations leaders to automate complex business processes.
- Design and maintain advanced workflows, sequences, templates, and lifecycle automation.
- Own lead management processes, including scoring, routing, attribution, and tracking.
Reporting, Analytics & Insights
- Build and maintain executive-level dashboards that track pipeline health, KPIs, and platform ROI.
- Analyze CRM and funnel data to surface insights, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
- Support leadership decision-making with accurate, actionable reporting.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement
- Serve as a key bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
- Translate complex system logic into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders.
- Mentor and enable internal teams on HubSpot best practices, tooling, and new functionality.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background
- 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in CRM administration, marketing operations, or revenue operations.
- Deep, expert-level proficiency across HubSpot hubs, including advanced workflows, reporting, and data governance.
- Proven experience designing and integrating APIs between HubSpot and other enterprise systems.
Technical Capability
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data modelling, and development principles.
- Experience with custom code, integrations, and automation at scale.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise systems is a strong advantage.
Analytical & Operational Strength
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Communication & Leadership
- Excellent communicator, able to support and train both technical and non-technical users.
- Confident operating independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
