Payroll Executive

What you’ll do:
- Run end-to-end payroll on weekly and monthly cycles
- Handle tax year-end tasks submissions
- Create payroll journals and reports
- Keep everything compliant with current legislation
- Communicate clearly with clients and act as their trusted payroll expert
Beyond processing, you’ll work with product and development teams to solve complex challenges, improve processes, and help roll out new features.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of payroll experience
- Skilled with payroll software and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, problem solver, great communicator
