Implementation Manager – Trades SaaS
We’re seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end customer onboarding and software implementation across a fast-growing SaaS environment within the trades and home services sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced delivery, enjoys working directly with customers, and takes pride in driving high-quality implementation outcomes.
You will manage multiple concurrent client implementations, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the delivery lifecycle, while ensuring exceptional customer experience, on-time activations, and long-term success.

THE ROLE
You will play a critical role in managing multiple software implementation projects from initiation through go-live. Acting as the trusted advisor for your customers, you’ll lead discovery, configuration, training, and deployment while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and delivery excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects from initiation through project close, acting as the primary client contact
* Own delivery outcomes, customer experience, and on-time go-live
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure long-term customer success
* Lead discovery sessions to understand business requirements and configure systems aligned to best practice
* Deliver customer training to ensure adoption and Go-Live readiness
* Provide consistent updates using project reporting artefacts (RAID logs, project status reports, milestone tracking)
* Identify, manage, and escalate risks and delivery issues
* Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to platform and integrations
* Collaborate with product, data, telecom, and fintech teams to continuously improve service delivery
* Stay current on new platform features and releases
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years’ experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, project delivery, or customer success
* Strong project management capability managing multiple workstreams
* Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset
* Experience working within SaaS business models
* Customer-first approach with a strong focus on delivery excellence
* Experience within the trades, field service, or home services industry highly regarded
* Hands-on experience working with ServiceTitan or its competitors such as Simpro, Fergus, AroFlo, ServiceM8, and GeoOp highly regarded
