Job Purpose
* Handle inbound sales enquiries and customer orders
* Build strong relationships with existing customers
* Support sales growth through excellent customer service and product knowledge

Key Responsibilities

Customer Sales and Support
* Receive and process incoming customer enquiries
* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Provide product information and pricing guidance
* Assist customers with queries and complaints
* Maintain positive and professional customer relationships

Order Processing and Administration
* Capture orders on CRM or internal systems
* Check stock availability and pricing
* Prepare quotations and follow up on orders
* Maintain accurate customer and sales records
* Ensure all administration is completed on time

Customer Relationship Management
* Support repeat business through quality service
* Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities
* Communicate promotions and product updates to customers
* Work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs

Reporting
* Complete daily and weekly sales activity reports
* Update customer information accurately
* Escalate issues when required

Minimum Requirements

Experience
* Two to four years experience in inbound or internal sales
* Experience in FMCG, wholesale, or food distribution preferred
* Experience with order taking and customer service

* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident using CRM and computer systems
