Salt is excited to be partnering with Leading Global Software Company to recruit an Inside Sales Representative to join their high-performing team. This is your opportunity to join one of the world’s most admired software companies, renowned for innovation, creativity and an exceptional culture.
Working alongside Enterprise Account Executives, you will drive revenue growth by creating pipeline, qualifying opportunities and managing the sales process from initial engagement through to close using phone, email and virtual meetings.
Some duties include: –
- Generate new pipeline through proactive prospecting and outbound activity
- Qualify customer needs and uncover new opportunities
- Conduct engaging virtual product demonstrations
- Build trusted relationships with key decision makers
- Partner closely with Account Executives to accelerate opportunities
- Own your sales pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue targets
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM management
- Represent Adobe at customer events, webinars and industry conferences
What we are looking for:
· 2-3+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience (BI, data analytics, marketing automation, digital media)
· Experience selling document management, workflow, digital signature or productivity solutions is highly regarded
· Ambitious energetic sales professionals who love technology and have a genuine passion for helping customers solve business challenges.
· A proven history of exceeding sales quotas and achieving outstanding results
· Confidence in outbound prospecting, cold calling and developing new business
· Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
· Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify customer pain points
· Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce
· A proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach
Benefits:
- Offering Hybrid &12 month contract initially but may progress to permanent based on performance
- Salary $110-$116K + super with bonus 20% paid quarterly
