Junior Production Coordinator

Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 CTC per month (depending on experience)

Location: Woodstock, Cape Town (onsite)

Overview:

A fast-paced creative studio is looking for a Junior Traffic / Production Coordinator to join their production team. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who thrives on organisation and enjoys keeping projects moving. You’ll help coordinate creative work across design, animation, video, and digital learning projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks stay on track.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate tasks across multiple creative projects
• Track timelines and deliverables within project management systems
• Support the production team with project documentation and scheduling
• Monitor progress and flag potential delays early
• Organise and maintain project files and content assets
• Assist with quality checks before content is delivered

Requirements:

• Relevant degree / tertiary qualification
• 1-2 years’ experience in project coordination, production, or a similar role
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail
• Interest in creative production, digital content, or media environments
• Confident using digital tools and project management platforms
