A leading Global Software vendor is looking to appoint an Enterprise Account Executive to help strengthen its presence in Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal to expanding market share, managing high-value enterprise relationships, and driving new customer acquisition across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by generating new opportunities and qualifying inbound leads.
- Develop long-term relationships with key enterprise clients and partners, ensuring solutions align with their business and technology priorities.
- Create and execute strategic account plans focused on new business development, customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify and capitalise on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to shape tailored solutions for complex requirements.
- Lead commercial discussions, including proposals, contract negotiations, and renewals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, account status, and revenue forecasts.
- Support post-sales engagement to ensure successful deployments and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-8 years’ experience in enterprise software sales with a strong history of exceeding revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record managing enterprise accounts in the KSA.
- Strong ability to build pipelines, generate new business, and manage complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise opportunities.
- Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
