A leading global cloud services provider is expanding its regional team and is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, strengthen relationships, and ensure long-term value for enterprise customers across the Kingdom.
What You’ll Do:
- Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as the strategic advisor on cloud adoption and optimisation.
- Lead customer onboarding, success planning, and ongoing engagement to ensure clients achieve their business and technical outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to maximise platform usage while ensuring customers receive the full value of their cloud environment.
- Partner closely with sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and top-tier customer experience.
- Monitor customer health, proactively address challenges, and manage escalations where needed.
- Drive renewals, retention, and expansion opportunities across assigned accounts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or technical relationship management within cloud, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Strong understanding of cloud concepts and modern IT landscapes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- A proactive mindset with strength in problem-solving, relationship building, and driving outcomes.
- Experience working with large enterprise or government clients in KSA is an advantage.
