We are representing a fast-growing global enterprise software vendor that is expanding its commercial team in Saudi Arabia. The company provides mission-critical software solutions used by large organisations to modernise digital services, integrate complex systems, manage APIs, and support secure digital transformation.
They are looking to hire a driven Account Manager to support growth across the Saudi market. This is a strong opportunity for a commercially focused sales professional with experience selling software licences, SaaS, integration platforms, API management, IAM, middleware, or wider enterprise technology solutions.
Role Overview
The Account Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across enterprise and public sector accounts in Saudi Arabia. The role will suit someone who is hungry, proactive, and comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities across enterprise and government accounts in Saudi Arabia.
- Sell enterprise software licences, subscriptions, and related services.
- Build relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, digital transformation teams, procurement, and technical stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Work closely with pre-sales, technical, partner, and regional leadership teams to position solutions effectively.
- Develop account plans and maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates.
- Support partner-led and direct sales activity across the Kingdom.
- Understand customer challenges around digital transformation, system integration, APIs, identity, cloud, and modern application environments.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and customer discussions.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3-6 years of B2B technology sales experience.
- Proven experience selling software licences, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market, ideally with experience selling into enterprise, government, banking, telecoms, or large commercial accounts.
- Ability to generate pipeline, qualify opportunities, and close deals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with technical teams and discussing enterprise software solutions at a high level.
- Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
- Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
