Lead AI Strategy Expert (Remote, Europe)

We are looking for a senior AI leader to define and drive our AI strategy across the organisation, turning emerging technologies into measurable business impact.

This is a high-impact role with ownership over AI vision, roadmap, and execution, working closely with executive stakeholders, product, engineering, and data teams.

What you’ll do

• Define and own the company-wide AI strategy and roadmap
• Identify high-value AI use cases and prioritise them based on impact and feasibility
• Lead AI initiatives from concept to production
• Advise senior leadership on AI opportunities, risks, and investment decisions
• Set standards for responsible AI, governance, and best practices
• Act as a thought leader internally and externally

What you bring

• Senior experience shaping AI or data strategy at scale
• Strong understanding of modern AI, LLMs, and applied machine learning
• Proven track record of delivering AI solutions into production
• Ability to bridge business, product, and technology
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management

📍 Remote within Europe

🧭 Strategic, high-visibility role

Consulting engagement – 3-6 months plus extension. Some travel to Switzerland.
