Lead Solution Architect – Urgent Hire

Salt is supporting a major organisation in Riyadh with the appointment of an experienced Lead Solution Architect for an initial 12-month contract.

The successful candidate will provide enterprise-wide solution architecture leadership, overseeing architecture governance and solution design across ERP, digital platforms, integration, data and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across major technology initiatives.
• Define and enforce architecture principles, standards and best practices.
• Act as the senior design authority for high-level solution designs and key architecture decisions.
• Lead and provide direction to Solution and Domain Architects.
• Oversee Architecture Review Board and Design Authority processes.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, integrated and operationally effective.
• Maintain architecture documentation and promote the reuse of existing solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, PMO, security, operations, QA and technology vendors.

Required Experience:

• 15+ years of IT experience, including senior solution or enterprise architecture leadership.
• Strong experience leading architecture within large and complex organisations.
• Broad technical knowledge across ERP, Oracle Fusion, digital platforms, integration and data.
• Strong understanding of architecture governance frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Experience leading senior architects and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant architecture certifications are highly desirable.

Candidates must be based in Riyadh or able to relocate and mobilise quickly.
