My client are a leading global business with a growing office in Riyadh. They are looking for an outstanding Saudi National Legal Manager to lead the function for the Kingdom.

Must have extensive experience in review, negotiation and closure of commercial transactions across MEA region.
Provide advice and support in relation to regulatory matters, interpretation of laws and regulations.
Provide support on commercial and transactional matters.
Provide support on litigation matters.
Provide updates to and work closely with Regional and Corporate Legal Team Members.
Provide advice to engagement teams on all legal related areas of risk during an engagement lifecycle.
Liaise with other functions such as HR, Compliance, etc. for specialist advice.
Build relationships with the relevant Leaders and engagement teams.
Meet with the concerned stakeholders to discuss key findings, areas of concerns and/or gather feedback.
Consult with and/or escalate to the Regional Legal Head as necessary.
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking local language. Must be hands-on in negotiation with customers in Local Language with high degree of efficiency.
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. Must be able to accurately translate Agreements/Documents that are in Local Language to English.
